"LIVE TEXT"
Mobile Live Broadcasting SMS System

What is it??

LiveText is a system of broadcasting mobilephone text messages onto a public video display screen. The audience at an event can send their text message via SMS using their mobilephone, these messages will then appear live as scrolling text at the bottom of the video display screen situated at the event. At the same time, the video is broadcasting the on-goings of the event. The video display screen will be given more mileage as its use will be elevated to more than just a display unit, it will be an additional source of revenue generator which broadcasts chargeable text messages paid for by the public.

e.g. Video Display Screen

Its purpose?

LiveText provides an interactive way of involving the public in the proceedings of the event creating another dimension of communication to enhance the audience experience. It is a form of creative expression that allows the public to express their thoughts, feelings and emotions about the happenings of the event and to share them instantaneously with others at the event.

The reward?

As each text message that is sent out a by a mobilephone user will be charged, a reward should be given to those who send out more messages, example: a lucky draw for the next concert tickets, a new mobile phone or $10 voucher from telco. This is a way of motivating the public to send out as many messages as they want. The more messages sent out by a user, the more chances he will get at winning a grand prize. The system will randomly select the winning entries from the pool of senders.

Its uses?

LiveText can be applied to many locations around Singapore where a public video display screen provides exposure to a high volume of human traffic. These displays are situated at places like Liat Towers, Suntec City, Orchard Emerald, Lido cinema, etc.

LiveText can be used in scenarios which can generate massive response and participation from the public. The following are some examples.
